And here are two discussion topics that I'll add when the instructions penetrate:

(1) why don't serious composers make more effort to share the SOUND of their music on the web -- I find lots of amateurs, lots of film composers, but few 'concert composers', few of the 'new music' community?

(2) is it possible that the harmony of 'music theory' is all wrong, even for the classical period? That from at least Beethoven on, the real rules for harmonic motion have been lost? (And that somebody today is re-discovering them... )
